All are welcome! Come meet our beautiful new home and practice with our wonderful teachers. Our mini “taster” classes are free of charge all day. Mats and props are available. See you on the mat!
Please note: Space is limited and attendance for all classes is first-come, first-served. If there is a class you’d particularly like to attend, we encourage you to arrive early to make sure you can grab a mat!
Time between classes is social time – feel free to come and visit for a few minutes if you’re not able to stay for a class.
