You are warmly invited to come, play and go on a journey of senses on Sunday the 3rd of February from 11-12.30h. Jenny will offer a well-rounded ISHTA class which she will combine with the benefits of AROMA – YOGA. By using essential oils, you can become more alert, receptive, connected, grounded, centered, uplifted and present. When an essential oil is diffused, it’s inhaled and processed through the olfactory system, which then sends the therapeutic benefits of the aroma to the brain. Come to experiment together. Regular single class rates apply for this session; you can use your normal class card, or attend as a drop-in for 13€.
