Our Classes

We believe in honoring the needs of the individual yogi; providing a comforting and safe class environment that is supportive and evolutionary for all levels of mind, body and spirit; offering a home for a friendly community of practitioners; and ensuring a trusting and dedicated relationship between teacher and student. Our small and cosy studio (maximum 12-15 students) ensures a positive and personalized atmosphere for all.
